Inocean was established in 1996 and is headquartered at Aker Brygge in Oslo. In 2006, Inocean Poland was established in Szczecin to reinforce the company’s ship design activities. The Group also includes the subsidiary Anchor Contracting and the company owns a stake in SWAY, Inocean LNG, Inocean Energy and Inocean Marotec.
Inocean’s core business centres on the conversion of tankers to FPSOs, construction of drilling and production of vessel newbuildings. Our projects are split into ship-shaped and semi-sub units. As naval architects, we will assume responsibility for the tailored design of vessels for their planned operations. This includes vessel specifications, arrangements, hull design, load conditions, stability, hydrodynamics, mooring, structural design, finite element modelling, marine systems, crew accommodation, construction details and CAD drawings.
