Hellenes
Hellenes is a technology focused group of companies established at the yard in Førde. The group offers a range of products, process solutions and multidiscipline services both to the oil & gas industry and to onshore based industries. With in-house capacity and competence within automation, electrical installation and mechanical production, the group takes on complete responsibility from innovative concept development via engineering, manufacturing and installation to operational support worldwide.
Hellenes’ goal is to be able to solve any kind of process challenge experienced in the oil & gas industry. A solution oriented staff from apprentice to master level, totaling approx. 60 employees, is fundamental in achieving such goal. The recent move to Hellenes Yard in Førde (18,000 sqm indoor manufacturing facility) gives us the required flexibility. Hellenes is continuously looking for partners and employees that can assist us getting there.
Services
• Engineering. Approx. 10 experienced engineers (automation/electrical/mechanical) are engineering process solutions for various industries. Proximity and efficient co-ordination with the manufacturing team optimizes production time and quality.
• Fabrication. The Hellenes Yard is equipped for manufacturing any kind of steel structure or process system. Approx. 40 welders, pipe fitters, mechanics and electricians experienced in working with process systems.
• Maintenance and preservation. With immediate access to the quay, with a facility that allows for it and with an experienced staff, Hellenes is capable of taking on most kinds of overhauls, system adaptions, system integrations and preservation jobs.
• Innovation services. Hellenes has an objective to share its own knowledge and experience in solving technical challenges. We offer a menu of competences and capabilities relevant for inventors and multinationals.

• Halliburton: Engineering, design and manufacturing of complete systems for drill cuttings treatment (offshore compliant), including installation and continuous operational support worldwide.
• Thermtech: Manufacturing of systems and/or control systems and/or electrical installation for drill cuttings treatment (TCC) delivered to Baker Hughes, M-I Swaco, Scomi Oiltools and SAR.
Maintenance and Preservation:
• Halliburton: Complete overhaul and upgrading of systems for drill cuttings treatment.
• M-I Swaco: Overhaul and preservation of process unit for drill cuttings treatment.
Innovation Services:
• Involved in innovation projects within process module design, cleaning and waste technologies, multi-fuel incineration, exhaust cooling. More precise references may be given on request after clarification with partners.
